These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of nk-b.com and any services provided by NK.B ("NK.B," "we," "us," "our"), operated by Nina Streich at 2039 S Mill Ave, Suite 1, Tempe, AZ 85282.
By booking an appointment with us or using our website, you agree to these Terms.
NK.B provides cosmetic tattoo and aesthetic services, including:

Appointments must be booked through our online booking system at nk-b.com/book.
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. The deposit is applied to the cost of your service. The exact deposit amount is shown during the booking process.
By booking, you confirm that:
You may reschedule or cancel your appointment at least 48 hours before your scheduled appointment time at no charge.
Cancellations or reschedules less than 48 hours before your appointment are subject to a late-cancellation fee equal to 50% of the booked service price.
No-shows (failing to appear for an appointment without notice) are charged the full service price.
Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may result in suspension of future booking privileges.
You agree to follow the pre-care instructions provided in your booking confirmation email. Failure to follow pre-care may compromise your results and may, at our discretion, result in rescheduling your appointment with no refund of any deposit.
You also agree to follow the post-care instructions provided after your appointment. Cosmetic tattoo and aesthetic services require active aftercare for optimal results. NK.B is not responsible for results affected by failure to follow post-care.
You agree to truthfully disclose all medications, recent procedures, allergies, medical conditions, and pregnancy or nursing status on your intake form.
We reserve the right to refuse service if we determine, in our professional judgment, that a service is not safe or appropriate for you.
Cosmetic tattoo is a form of body modification. While we use the highest standards of artistry and technique, all cosmetic procedures carry inherent risks including but not limited to:
We do not guarantee specific results. The final appearance of cosmetic tattoo work depends on factors including skin type, healing response, lifestyle, sun exposure, and aftercare compliance.
Touch-up and refresh services are offered to maintain results over time and are billed separately from initial appointments.
We may photograph your work for documentation, portfolio, and marketing purposes. Photographs used publicly do not include identifying information.
If you do not wish your images to be used publicly, please notify us before your appointment in writing (email or reply to your booking confirmation). We will honor opt-out requests received before your appointment.
Payment for services is due at the time of your appointment. We accept payment through the methods listed in our booking system. Returned or disputed payments may result in suspension of future booking privileges and may be referred to a collection agency.
The content of nk-b.com, including photographs, copy, design, and brand assets, is the intellectual property of NK.B. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use this content for commercial purposes without our written permission.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, NK.B and Nina Streich shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our services or website.
Our total liability for any claim related to a service shall not exceed the amount you paid for that service.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless NK.B and Nina Streich from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your breach of these Terms or your use of our services contrary to these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Maricopa County, Arizona.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of our services or website after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
