NK.B ("NK.B," "we," "us," "our") is a boutique cosmetic tattoo and aesthetics studio located at 2039 S Mill Ave, Suite 1, Tempe, AZ 85282. 3. SMS communications

If you opt in to receive SMS (text) messages from NK.B, we may send the following types of messages:

Opt-in. You may opt in to SMS by checking the consent box on our booking intake form. Your consent is not a condition of purchase.

Opt-out. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any SMS message from us. After opting out, you will receive one confirmation message and then no further marketing messages.

Frequency. You should expect to receive approximately 2 to 8 SMS messages per month, depending on your appointment frequency and active campaigns.

Message and data rates. Standard message and data rates may apply per your wireless carrier's plan. NK.B does not charge for SMS messages.

Carrier liability. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
